Seleccionamos INSPECTORES de CALIDAD (Verificación Dimensional) con experiencia en fabricación por Mecanizado de componentes metálicos, para una importante empresa del sector Aeronáutico situada en Miranda de Ebro (Burgos) en un momento de fuerte expansión y crecimiento. Trabajando en Producción pero con estrecha colaboración con la Ingeniería de Calidad e Ingeniería de Proceso, se encargará de la inspección dimensional de piezas de turbinas de gas aeronáuticas, con diferentes elementos de metrología, tanto manuales como maquina tridimensional (CMM). Pensamos en un Técnico Superior o FP2 con los siguientes conocimientos y habilidades: - Experiencia en Verificación dimensional de piezas mecanizadas con elementos de medición manuales: calibres, micrómetros, tampones, alexómetros , proyector de perfiles, etc. - Capacidad de interpretación de planos complejos, sus tolerancias y sistemas de referencia. - Experiencia en manejo de CMM bajo software PC-DMIS. - Se valorarán positivamente los conocimientos y experiencia en programación y de maquina tridimensional bajo PC-DMIS. - Se valorará muy positivamente experiencia en inspección visual y cosmética de componentes aeronáuticos, así como conocimiento de la normativa aplicable en el sector. - Es imprescindible la disponibilidad para trabajar a 3 turnos.
