Windows, Microsoft office, networks and communications, user management, DA…) * Reception and resolution of requests/issues from employees. Everything will be requested through Jira/HelpDesk. * Transmit, analyze and be aligned with the technical department, especially with software development. * Management, maintenance and configuration of computer systems, such as: switches, routers and access points.. * Installation and maintenance of computer software and hardware. * Management of Opinno’s equipment inventory. * Management of equipment’s orders if needed. * Management and installation of computer networks and working places. * Responsible for the communication with technical support. * Technical advice * Active Directory     * Studies required: FP Higher Level or Bachelor’s degree * 6 months to 1 year of experience as first level technical support. * Used to manage inventory. * Working with tools like Jira would be a plus. * We are looking for a proactive and problem solver person.
