Later, you will oversee recruiting Junior Sales Executives as well. You will work from home, having a very flexible workday, so that you can take care of other matters, travel, family and friends. You will initiate weekly online updates with your team, or meetings in person to follow up on how business is going, as well as taking care of the team as their closest manager. You will report to the Regional Manager who oversees all teams in the country. The right candidate You probably come from a similar position, business or company, used to sell products to both Enterprise and SMB clients. You should have the following skills as well: * You know the market, know the clients, used to fulfill their every need to get the assignment and deliver the best concept within this business * You understand how the business works, by not only looking at the potential here and now, but the bigger picture and potential down the road as well * As a person, you are energetic, focused, professional, with an overload of business understanding, so that you meet the clients need in every aspect * You know how to bring the right people together and to set the right team for future opportunities * You speak the native language flutently * The position is fully commission based!
