Role They are seeking a qualified Plumbing Estimator to join their Northern suburbs based team working on Hydraulic Sanitary commercial projects. These projects range from $500k to $15M and involve a combination of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Builders across various market segments as diverse as hospitals, corrective services and multi storey apartment buildings. Projects recently completed include 45 and 55 level buildings. Currently the company is working on an 80 storey tower block. The role's key responsibility is to coordinate with material suppliers, associated trades, designers and architects to produce successful commercial tenders. Candidate The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years Australian commercial plumbing experience, followed by several years estimating on hydraulic sanitary commercial projects. You'll need above average IT skills, particularly with Estimating software. Experience with The Sharp Estimator module of Cavsoft would be an advantage to your application, but is not a mandatory requirement.
