HR & Payroll Specialist - Surrey A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join a reputable, well established and innovative company based in Surrey. Responsible for managing payroll & benefits administration, talent acquisition, employee relations, health & safety requirements and performance management, you will play a key role in the development and growth of the company. The role: The Proposals Manager is responsible for managing the development and submission of world class proposals from concept through presentation to the customer. They must identify the resources required to complete a proposal and manage the process so that internal and customer timeframes are met. The proposal shall meet the requirements of the customer and company best practices and clearly define the scope of work and services to both the client and the internal execution group.
