Our client is an international project management consultancy that operates within multiple sectors in the construction field. Projects are mainly commercial, hospitality and industrial projects Due to recent project wins, they are actively looking out for a qualified Associate Director/Director level PM for their team in parts of North Asia. This is a strategic hire for one of the leading project management consultancy businesses as part of their expansion plans this year. The successful candidate would be tasked with ensuring that projects are delivered on time whilst taking on the responsibility of mentoring junior PMs and growing the team. Candidates with a track record in delivery of various corporate fit-out projects within China would be highly advantageous. Responsibilities: * Responsibility for Project Management services ranging from feasibility studies, design, submittals, procurement, construction management till handover * Conceptual studies, liaising with local authorities, pre-design, detailed design, procurement, management of all subcontractors, construction and installation. * Responsible for managing a team of junior Project Managers. Education and Experience * At least 12 years of working experience in construction management/corporate real estate with a PM consultancy/owner. * BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred. * Excellent written and spoken English & mandarin required. * Experience in delivery of commercial fit out projects as a top requirement.
